We are working with Clifford Chance on helping submissions (quantity and quality) for the 2015-16 Intelligent Aid competition.
The prize: 20 spaces on their vacation programme. This is two weeks’ work experience (paid @ £350pw) with the chance to spend time with experienced lawyers in one of their practice areas. The best student will also win £5,000 towards their tuition fees.
During the workshop, a Clifford Chance representative will be joined by one of our MKC tutors and together they will set the challenge question and coach the students through the submission. The submission will be a 500-600 word answer to the below question:
Ethics in Business: Ethical business culture can only be created by strong regulation. Discuss with reference to one or more industry sectors.
The workshop will last between 1.5 and 2 hours and our tutor will work with the students to help them understand the challenge and then complete their answer by the end of the workshop or they can complete it in their own time.
The workshop is open to all students. The areas of particular interest include the following subjects (if appropriate for each uni):
– Law, Politics, Sociology/Social Policy, History, Politics, Criminology, Economics, International Relations
